Graphic design brings together images, text and motion to tell a story or communicate an idea in an interesting, unique, and memorable way. Through research and observation, I work to find solutions that are engaging and appropriate, and that meet the specific goals of the client. My portfolio includes designs for several platforms including digital emails, text gifs, and website banners, logos, motion graphics, videos, posters, websites, brand identity, information design, and publication design.
My education includes studies in graphic design, fine arts, communications and advertising. I earned an AAS degree in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design, a Masters Degree in Communications from New York institute of Technology, a BA in Liberal Arts from SUNY Stony Brook, and an AAS in Advertising Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
As the Digital Graphic Designer at White Water Life, I create marketing materials to advertise and promote this contemporary online mens' sportswear company. I design emails, text gifs, desktop and mobile website banners and ads. This involves developing concepts, writing copy, photo research and editing, selecting typography, and executing designs. All designs follow the company brand style and identity.
As the Marketing Graphic Designer at Suffolk Federal Credit Union, I worked on videos, posters, journal ads, company website banners, credit card app graphics, printed marketing materials, and social media graphics.
In addition, I have over sixteen years experience in corporate publications as a writer, editor, copy editor and communications specialist.
